Terms of Use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Bernard Salameh, based in Lebanon, which operates Mutualy. By creating an account or using Mutualy, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Mutualy
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
- Use your real name and a phone number that belongs to you.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts for other people.
3. What you must not do
- Pretend to be someone else or create fake accounts.
- Harass, threaten, stalk or bully anyone.
- Use offensive, hateful or sexual names or usernames.
- Try to collect other people's information, copy the service, or access it with automated tools.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of Mutualy.
- Use Mutualy for anything illegal.
You can block and report people in the app. We review reports and may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
4. Events and guest lists
- Create an event only for a real gathering, and give it an honest name. Do not create fake or misleading events, or events meant to find out where other people are or to harass them.
- If you host an event, you are responsible for who you share its code with. You can lock the event to stop new people joining.
- Do not join an event to watch or follow other people. In an event, people you are connected to can see that you are there unless you hide, and hiding also means you see only numbers.
- You can report an event. When several different people report an event, we may lock it so that nobody new can join, and we may remove events and accounts that break these rules.
5. Mutualy Plus subscription
- Mutualy Plus is an optional subscription that renews every month. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Payments and refunds are handled by the app store under its own terms.
- If your subscription ends, you keep the events and guest lists you already have, but you cannot create new ones beyond the free limit.
- We may change what is included in Plus. We will tell you in the app about important changes.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.
7. The service
We work hard to keep Mutualy running well, but it is provided "as is". We may change, pause or stop features. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for the actions of other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use Mutualy means you accept the updated terms.
